YogicSomatics is Yogic technology rooted in the Indo-Tibetan practices and traditions of tantra and kundalini, specifically, the non-dual schools of Kashmiri Shaivism and Vadrayana Buddhism. Breath/pranayama, posture/asana, gesture/mudra, meditation, and yoganidra are all accessible, engaged therapies that guide a reinhabiting of the body and the body/mind's field of experience. Because our body is our connection to the world around us, guided practices that help us to experience less contraction and more awareness...
There's not a static way of being in the body, it is constantly fluctuating.
By learning to host this and be less confused, distrustful and/or disturbed, then the mind can be clear, helping the body center and balance and regulate the autonomic nervous system.
Mental formations explored in Yoganidra. The quality of energy of symbols is guided through visualizations/imagination practices.
-Slow down and come into the intelligence of the body.
-Awe and wonder is experienced when we are open to our relationship to the world.
-Body is an interdependent experience.
-Integrated coexisting nondual perception cultivated.
-Effortless effort

-There is such deep intelligence in these yogic technologies and their experiential nature informs us through our direct experience.
-Faculties of the mind such as thought, emotion, and imagination impact the pranic body.
-The depletion and obstruction of this pranic flow results in the experience of being "burnt out" and drained of energy.
-The techniques of breath, asana and mudra reverse this process, energizing and balancing the flow of energy in our body, enhancing dynamism, vitality and general wellbeing.
-Calming the mind and being able to guide and direct thought processes help to regulate and balance the nervous system
-Practice- process- benefit
-Awareness practices center the breath, posture and gesture and yoganidra
